External Grievances

EXEO Capital encourages all stakeholders to report grievances or possible transgressions. We guarantee confidentiality, anonymity (if requested), and protection from retaliation. All reports will be handled with urgency and transparency.

If you have a complaint, please follow these steps:

Submit your complaint – email jill@thepeoplepractice.co.za with details of your grievance.

Acknowledgment – we will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

Resolution – we aim to resolve all complaints within 15 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed.

Escalation – If unresolved, you may escalate the matter to the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud) at faisombud.co.za
