For some years now, Marginpar has been fostering a unique exchange of insights by sending staff across farms and countries, to learn and bring back new ideas. This practice brings fresh perspectives, and in late 2022, Agri-Vie arranged a similar experience. Environmental and social governance (ESG) personnel from three companies in East Africa – PPTL in Tanzania, and Glacier Products and Marginpar in Kenya, visited each other’s sites, reviewed their respective environmental and social action plans (ESAPs), and shared valuable learnings.
